This horn has a mounting ring on the back made of MDF for attaching your compression driver. There are no screw holes on the front of this horn because some people prefer to build their own mounting brackets that hold the horn from the back. Others like to sit the horn directly on top of their speaker. It is recommended that you give some support to the mid portion of the horn to take pressure off the mounting bracket when using a heavy compression driver.
