With the greatest sadness we are sharing a news that had been posted on CAN fan page today. Jaki Liebezeit, drummer and founding member of Can, has died at the age of 78. Liebezeit passed away in his sleep after succumbing to a sudden case of pneumonia. We will always remember him as one of the most innovative drummers, inventor of the motoric bit and and incredible time keeping which gained him a nickname a human metronome. R.I.P Jaki. We never forget You. Your spirit and music will stay with us forever.
